TBR recently started the breakfast program for some public schools in Mumbai in direct partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and with the 2023 school year ending, it was an opportune time to receive feedback from the school Principals –
“The response to your program has been very good! We’re happy that these excellent supplementary foods could be given to our girls. It would be good for our children’s health if TBR continues this program in 2024” – Principal, Limunibaug Marathi School, Govandi.
“All the parents (of the children enrolled in the TBR program) have already told me that they would really appreciate if the TBR program was continued in 2024!” – Principal, Limunibaug School No. 4 (Semi English).
“Thank you for the different breakfast meals sent by TBR. The activity sheets and group sessions are good and the parents have given very good feedback! I would be obliged if the TBR program could be introduced to more children in my school, as they all come from the slums and are in great need of this additional support” – Principal, Shivaji Nagar Marathi School No. 2
